Elizabeth West per Pyramus assigned to Simon Kemp charged with disobedience and insolence. Mr. Kemp testified....On Tuesday last in the afternoon the prisoner asked permission to go to Burtons. She went and returned in an hour. When she came back she had been drinking and was very saucy. I heard her quarrelling with the man servant in the kitchen. I went to her and told her not to use such language. She still continued to quarrell after I went away. I went again to prevent her from quarrelling when she left the house I followed her and brought her back. I then went for a constable when I turned my back she left the house a second time. Constable Anthony went for her and found her. He took her to the watch house. Guilty. Sentenced to one month in the cells
